Angie by The Rolling Stones 經典原音系列

"Angie" 這首歌是出自英國的搖滾樂團 The Rolling Stones(滾石合唱團) 在西元1973年所發行的 Goats Head Soup（羊頭羹湯） 這張專輯。"Angie" 主要由吉他手 Keith Richards 創作，透過哀淒的原音吉他民謠曲式，述說著一段情史的結束，歌詞強烈表達出關於失去愛情與心碎的情景，獨特的鋼琴旋律由 Nicky Hopkins 彈奏，弦樂由 Nicky Harrison 編寫，由 Mick Jagger演唱，1973年首次以單曲形式推出，發行之初就打入了美國告示牌( U.S. Billboard Hot 100 )百大排行之冠以及英國單曲排行第五名。盛傳這首歌所指的"Angie"可能就是 Angela （David Bowie的老婆），描寫Jagger和她的一段感情，Jagger本人則否認這件傳聞。The Rolling Stones 在演唱會中經常會演唱"Angie" 這首歌，其現場演唱版本分別再現於他們的 Stripped（1995）與 Live Licks（2004）這兩張現場專輯中。2005年，德國基督教民主聯盟（CDU）還使用了"Angie"當成他們主席 Angela Merkel的競選歌曲，當時並未獲the Rolling Stones同意。過去曾翻唱這首歌的藝人樂團包括了Womack & Womack,Tori Amos ,Aslan ,Stereophonics 以及 Sammy Kershaw 等。
