Classic Rock Roll Of Honour 2008 - 2008年經典搖滾榮譽榜

Classic Rock Magazine 是由英國發行，每個月出版一次的經典搖滾音樂雜誌，內容主要聚集在1960年代到1990年代間的經典搖滾樂團，像是 Queen, Free, Deep Purple, Status Quo, AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden, Metallica 以及 The Who 等,部份文章也會報導當代值得注目的樂手，自西元1998年發行至今（2008年）已成為英國相當暢銷的音樂雜誌之一，和知名的金屬音樂雜誌 Metal Hammer 同為 Future Publishing 所出版。自2005年起，Classic Rock Magazine 首次舉辦的 Classic Rock Roll Of Honour 活動，經讀者票選，由多家樂器廠商贊助，迴響頗大，2008年的 Classic Rock Roll Of Honour 結果已出爐，頒獎典禮日前在倫敦的 Park Lane Hotel 盛大舉行，出席領獎的樂團包括了 Foo Fighters（年度最佳樂團）,Metallica 以及 Led Zeppelin 等，而素有黑暗王子之稱的 Ozzy Osbourne 也榮獲了 Living Legend （今年該獎項是由 Marshall廠商所贊助）的頭銜，由吉他英雄 Slash （）手中頒出，歷年得到此傳奇人物大獎的音樂人包括了 Alice Cooper, Lemmy Kilmister 以及 Jimmy Page，2008年經典搖滾榮譽榜的詳細名單如下：
