Behind Blue Eyes by The Who 經典原音系列

"Behind Blue Eyes" 是出自英國搖滾老團- 是誰合唱團/The Who 在1971年所發行的「Who's next」專輯中的歌曲，也是他們最著名的抒情搖滾作品之一；這首歌一開始是由Pete Townshend 洗鍊的原音吉他分解和弦的彈奏音伴隨著Roger Daltrey 沈穩地人聲獨唱，隨後又加入貝司音及合聲，當要接近第二個主旋律時，終於爆發開來充斥搖滾元素的曲式，直到重新轉圜至寧靜的第一主旋律。"Behind Blue Eyes" 曾被多位藝人團體翻唱，例如： Limp Bizkit, Bryan Adams, Sheryl Crow, Testudo, Ian Stuart Donaldson, Jon English, Ken McLellan, Suzanne Vega, Silvertide 以及 The Chieftains 等等。特別是2003年由Limp Bizkit 林普巴茲提特在他們第四張專輯-Results May Vary 中的重新翻唱，並收錄為電影「鬼影人」的片尾曲，主唱Fred Durst用最樸實真誠的聲音唱出了鐵漢柔情及滄桑，也讓這首經典老歌有機會再被更多新世代搖滾青年所認識。
